Yes — everything. Your own brunch spread, caterer, dessert table, mimosa bar (with a responsible licensed server), balloon garland, and backdrop. White walls and an open floor plan mean any theme photographs beautifully.

Absolutely — gender reveals, sprinkles for second babies, and sip-and-sees are all welcome. The private outdoor patio is popular for reveal moments, with plenty of room for confetti cannons and cameras.
