Friday and Sunday full-day rentals are $1,250 each, Saturdays are $1,500, and the full weekend package (Friday through Sunday) is $3,500 — a $500 savings. Weekday events (Monday–Thursday) are $150 per hour. There are no hidden fees — no cake-cutting, corkage, or service charges.

A full-day rental is a true 24 hours: 10 AM on your event day until 10 AM the next morning. Setup, the celebration, and cleanup all happen inside that window — no overtime clock, and no midnight teardown scramble. You handle your own cleanup and have until 10 AM the following morning to finish.

For $3,500 — a $500 savings versus booking the days separately — the venue is yours from Friday at 10 AM until Sunday at 7 PM. That's room for the rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception, plus ample time to set up, decorate, tear down, and clean up. Many couples even host a gift opening or breakfast the following morning.

Yes. Seating for up to 100 guests is included: 14 five-foot round tables, 3 eight-foot rectangle tables, and 100 chairs. The outdoor space can host more people — guests bring their own additional seating above 100.

Yes. Valley Venue is fully vendor friendly — bring your own caterers, decorators, DJs, and entertainment, with no required vendor lists and no outside-food fees. An on-site kitchen area is available for your use, and you're free to decorate however you wish, as long as it isn't destructive to the premises.

Yes. Alcohol service requires a special one-day liquor permit obtained through a licensed alcohol vendor or caterer, and the responsibility rests with that licensed vendor. If your provider isn't licensed for it, Outer Bounds Bar and Grill next door will run the bar when the alcohol is purchased through them.

Yes. Outdoor ceremonies are welcome on the private patio or on the back lawn, and the reception moves inside afterward — no shuttling guests across town between ceremony and reception.

The hall is fully climate controlled with air conditioning and heat, and has three restrooms, an on-site kitchen, WiFi, a projector, and parking for at least 30 cars. Sound and music are bring-your-own through your DJ or your own setup. There's no set music curfew — we just ask groups to be respectful outdoors after 10 PM.

Yes — pets are welcome, and dogs in the wedding ceremony are always a hit. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.

A signed contract and a $500 booking deposit lock in your date, and that $500 counts toward your rental price. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event, along with a $500 refundable security deposit and proof of one-day event insurance (typically well under $200 from any provider). We accept cash, card, check, and Venmo. The booking deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
