$150 per hour Monday through Thursday, with flexible hourly booking — pay for the hours you need. Full days are also available: $1,250 Friday/Sunday or $1,500 Saturday. A $500 refundable deposit and one-day event insurance are required.
Can we bring our own catering and AV equipment?
Yes to both. Valley Venue is bring-your-own-vendor: any caterer, coffee cart, or lunch spread you like, and your own AV or presentation setup. The open floor plan adapts to classroom, banquet, or theater-style layouts.
Where is Valley Venue relative to Omaha?
We're at 28484 W Reichmuth Rd in Valley, Nebraska — about 20 minutes from the 180th & Dodge corridor in West Omaha, 15 from Elkhorn, and 20 from Fremont. Close for the team, but out of the office's gravity.
How much does a half-day offsite cost?
At $150 per hour on weekdays, a six-hour morning-to-afternoon offsite runs $900, and a three-hour evening meeting runs $450 — you book the hours you need rather than a full-day block. Full days are available at $1,250–$1,500 when the agenda calls for it.
