Can we bring our own caterer and alcohol?
Yes. Valley Venue is fully vendor friendly — bring any caterer you like. Alcohol service should be handled by a licensed bartender, and one-day event insurance is required for every event.
How much does a company holiday party cost at Valley Venue?
Weekday events (Monday–Thursday) are $150 per hour. Full days are $1,250 on Friday or Sunday and $1,500 on Saturday. Every rental includes the full space, the outdoor patio, and setup/cleanup time, plus a $500 refundable security deposit.
Can we serve alcohol at our holiday party?
Yes — alcohol service should be handled by a licensed bartender, and the one-day event insurance required for every event covers your party. Because there is no in-house bar package, you stock the bar your way at store prices instead of paying per-drink venue markups.
Do weekday holiday parties really work?
They are the best-kept secret of December: a five-hour Thursday-evening party runs $750 in venue cost, caterers and DJs are easier to book and often cheaper on weekdays, and attendance is typically strong because guests are already out for the workday.
