At Valley Venue, weekday parties (Monday–Thursday) are $150 per hour — a four-hour open house runs $600. Sundays are a full day at $1,250, and Fridays/Saturdays are $1,250/$1,500. Every rental includes the hall, the private patio, and setup time, plus a $500 refundable deposit and one-day event insurance.
When should we book for a May graduation?
By winter. Every family in the metro graduates within the same two or three late-May weekends, so those Saturdays and Sundays disappear months ahead. Booking in December–February gets first pick; weekday evening parties stay available much longer and cost less.
Can two graduates share a party?
Absolutely — co-hosted parties are a graduation tradition. Two families splitting a $1,250 Sunday brings the venue to $625 each, the guest lists overlap anyway, and the grads get a bigger party than either family would throw alone.
