Weekday parties run $150 per hour, which makes a Thursday-evening 50th surprisingly affordable. Bring your own cake, caterer, taco truck, or DJ — we don't lock you into vendor lists, and the full-day weekend option means you can decorate all morning without rushing.

Themes Love White Walls
Kid-friendly by design: a dinosaur fifth birthday, a neon-and-disco fortieth, a black-and-gold fiftieth, a quince-style sweet sixteen with a court of friends — the same room has hosted the whole range, because blank walls and open floor space take any theme without clashing. Balloon garlands photograph cleanly, projector slideshows land on a true white wall, and the polished floor handles a dance party or forty folding chairs around a boxing-match card table with equal grace.
The pattern our birthday hosts love most: weekday evenings. A Thursday 6-to-10 party runs $600 in venue cost, leaves the weekend free, and — for surprise parties — is the night the guest of honor never sees coming.

How much does it cost to rent a hall for a birthday party?
At Valley Venue, weekday parties (Monday–Thursday) are $150 per hour — book just the hours you need. Full days are $1,250 on Friday or Sunday and $1,500 on Saturday, including the patio and setup time. A $500 refundable deposit and one-day event insurance are required.
Can we bring our own food and decorations?
Absolutely. Bring your own caterer, home-cooked spread, food truck, cake, and decorations. White walls and an open floor plan mean your theme — whatever it is — will pop.
Is there outdoor space for the party?
Yes — every rental includes our private concrete patio with a six-foot privacy fence, great for yard games, a s'mores station, or just fresh air between dances.
How many hours should I book for a weekday birthday party?
Most hosts book four to six hours: an hour to decorate and set food, three to four hours of party, and an hour to pack up. At $150 per hour that's $600–$900 total — and if you'd rather not watch the clock at all, Sundays are a full day for $1,250.
